I cannot understand some if these reviews. I have had such amazing service I resigned another year. We had a lot of storm damage and Grecia immediately had it all taken care of. Please take the bad reviews with a grain of salt because I have had nothing but amazing service. As well as my neighbors who also rent from a level up. As a woman who can't fix things, it's scary when things go wrong, but this company truly takes care of its properties and tennets.
Property is nice and includes everything i needed and could of asked for. My realty agent, however Ms.Grecia Brenner is just awful to work with. Ive been renting since may and when ever i have a maintenance request to file, there is a major lack of communication and just overall nasty attitude. Ive done nothing but comply and be polite but i am met with hostility and lack of accountability. Do yourself a massive favor and DO NOT WORK with this property management company! Grecia Brenner is absolutely terrible to work with. She is extremely arrogant and rude (not to mentioned highly incompetent and unprofessional). She falsely communicated information between the actual home owners and myself in a manner to benefit herself. My experience with this company was heartless.I spent 3 years in one of their property that they were "managing" but once A Level UP.. took over I had a horrible experience.. I know that everyone busy at some time but when it comes to repairs from a home that is being rented out, it should be address at some point.. but unfortunately that didn't happened and when it did no communication whatsoever and half finished job, we were finally able to get ahold of someone and they were very rude, threatening to release us from the l... read more
