The owner of this company has no idea what's going on with her caretakers or her clients and uses her attorney to bully clients. They completely took advantage of my mother-in-law's terminal condition, using inexperienced caretakers who barely spoke English. The caretakers spent over 90% of their time watching television while the house became infested with rats and bugs. Run from this company!
