They accommodated my schedule last second for a funeral I had to attend. When I went to pick up Oscar he looked amazing and they did such a great job on his trim and bath! He no longer was itching because they did a hot oil batg. And they asked me to use the money that it would cost for his groom and to use it as a contribution at the funeral. This was our first and probably only time we will use their services. I was extremely hopeful because they seemed super nice and friendly. We took our dog to get groomed because he needed a trim and his facial hair was oxidized around his mouth. We dropped him off at 10 AM and then had to call the place at around 3:30 PM to see if he was going to be done soon especially since they close at 4 PM.
