I recently ordered Mother’s Day flowers and WOW! The arrangement Kathleen put together was stunning! I also received an email with a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered - a nice touch. Terrible experience with Blossom Flowers. They took our money for a funeral arrangement, and had I not personally called after my sisters said they did not see the flowers at the service, they likely would have never informed us that the arrangement was not delivered. This was not just any occasion our sister’s father had passed away, and during such a painful and emotional time, this business failed to honor a paid request that was meant to show love and support to a grieving family. Highly recommend! Online ordering was so easy and the flowers made were even better than the stock photo. Such a pleasant surprise receiving a photo of the finished product. Prices were good and the service fee was the best I found anywhere. My son's girlfriend absolutely loved the flowers and was very impressed. Truly talented florist!
Even while being away on for work, this flower shop made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping me updated every step of the way, and they delivered everything right on time. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and care.
