I contacted them about my Multi function printer and brought it in. When they opened it they found much more wrong with it and even though their estimate was reasonable I elected to replace the printer. Very honest and competent service. I will use them again.
i called because Brother printer support could not give me any help on why my printer was showing lines when scanning into the ADF scanner on top. they refereed me to this business because my printer was out of warranty and they are a repair place with them. After just talking to me for a couple minutes ( instead of having me drive 20+ miles for his service ) the gentleman on the phone explained to me how to easily fix my problem!
