I purchased a Groupon for this salon and made an appointment online for 9am. I then saw the salon hours and noted they opened at 10am, so how was I to have an appointment at 9am? I tried multiple times to call to inquire about my appointment, with no answer. I then went in person and was told that the online booking system was made by the owner for herself, and no other staff have access to it. I just had my hair highlights done by Masi and wow, I’m thrilled! :) Masi is not only super talented but also so warm and welcoming. She listened to what I exactly wanted and made sure I left with gorgeous highlights that I absolutely love. The whole experience was fun and relaxing, thanks to her friendly vibe. I went to A La Mode salon and Masi was my hair stylist. The best hair stylist you can find in Vancouver! She pays extreme attention to detail and puts in 100% effort at a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend her
