I had a great experience here! The salon has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Anahita and the rest of the staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming. Even though I arrived late, they were very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. I’m also very happy with my haircut and the overall service.
I had a hair emergency on a Friday and Anahita did a wonderful job taking care of me. The online booking was super helpful and easy use. I got a wash+cut+style and I got to ask her questions about hair health and treatments. I think it’s so cool to see a hairdresser with a background in science!
I purchased a Groupon for this salon and made an appointment online for 9am. I then saw the salon hours and noted they opened at 10am, so how was I to have an appointment at 9am? I tried multiple times to call to inquire about my appointment, with no answer. I then went in person and was told that the online booking system was made by the owner for herself, and no other staff have access to it.
