I’ve been impressed with diamond storage. I feel they have competitive rates overall and the introductory offer combined with the convenience of the location for me got me in the door. Since then it’s been a very positive professional experience. Clean units, easy and quick communication with management, I have recommended them personally to a friend who also said it was just as smooth for them, and would recommend them again. "Security" gate is open 24/7 and is never closed (even at night) which means anyone can drive in to the facility anytime. There is no one on site and no cameras either. We have observed various work vehicles parked in front of units without anyone around - gate open of course. Poorest storage security ever - take note. Other idiotic cons: The rental agreement states you cannot store more than $5,000 worth in a unit, plus the renter must carry full fire, theft insurance policy for their unit and goods stored.
