I’ve been renting from A&L Property Mgmt for two years now. Let me start by saying they came to the rescue when we needed a place! They found one for us here in El Dorado County that fit all of our needs! It was nothing short of a miracle! Fast forward to now, we’ve only had a couple small issues with the house (normal wear) that needed attention and it just took one phone call. Coming from a busy mom, this is greatly appreciated!! I really had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more! I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area. The ladies in the office go above and beyond for all of their tenants. I highly recommend A & L Property Management!
They responded to maintenance in a timely manner, including follow up on all work orders. In the first few weeks of taking over the property i lived at they had teams out there trimming back trees that were very overgrown and cleaned it all up very nicely.
