I bought my Mom a beautiful ring to send up to Seattle ... (I want to say it was for Mother's Day? Or a little gift to show her how much I love her!) The service is Amazing! I visited my family this past summer and my Mother LOVES her ring! Great customer service! Good variety! When you stop by totally get a couple of their jewelry polishing buffs.

I had a small repair to my watchband that I took in (the pin popped out). At first, I dropped the watch off to a business in the Vons Center on Midway Drive. The snooty lady gave me a lot of lip-service, told me it would cost $15 and I would need to pick it up same time the next day. I asked why so much and so long and she gave me a story about needing to fit the right one and she’s not sure they have the right size…bla bla bla. Very helpful. Quick. Won't bullshit you for a little business. Actually talked me out of an expensive repair on a really old omega saying it wasn't worth it.
