AC went out on a hot Saturday night. Called this company very early on a Sunday morning because it was unbearably warm in the house. They promptly responded and scheduled Technician for that morning, and were upfront about estimated cost for the visit itself and estimated time of arrival. Technician was polite, responsive, professional, fixed the capacitor issue, communicated throughout, and let me know the invoice would come via email. So grateful for this company.
Had the pilot checked out on a heater recently installed. No problems, all good. The technician is very knowledgeable with the free stand heaters, and super patient with all my questions. The team is always responsive, friendly, timely, and again I could not ask for more. We are so glad we found this company. We will use them in the future if the need arises.
