Absolutely outstanding service by this company today. Our unit has been making a rattling noise for a few weeks so I called and spoke with a representative who sent Technician out today within the same day to come take a look. He explained exactly what was going on and what he thought future potential fixes might be for the unit. You will not find more honest air conditioning service than this family owned business. Even though the technician had done a fair amount of job like cleaning the unit etc, but when he discovered that the replacement parts were only available with the manufacturer, he was kind enough to wave off everything and asked me to contact the main dealer. Where on earth do you get a service like this? Highly recommended.
It was a hot day and our AC decided to stop working. We called this company and within two hours Technician arrived at our house. He immediately diagnosed our problem and was ready to begin repairing the unit. I cannot rave enough about how professional and kind the technician was.
