Bad first, and only, impression. Scheduled an appointment with technician directly after speaking with customer service. Appointment was set for 2pm the following day. (Not a window for his arrival). One hour after his no show and no contact, I reached out to check on his ETA. I was replied to with an unapologetic, “Hi. 5-6”. I have other obligations at that time. That’s why we make appointments. I canceled. Poor customer service. I will shop elsewhere. Good luck to you others.
