I believe the A&L part of their business name stands for always late, had concrete ordered for 11:00 did not arrive until 2:00 p.m. was not batched until 11:50. Even with a spacing of 40 minutes between trucks the second truck should have at least arrived before the first one. Office staff had no idea what was going on and quickly hung up or tried to transfer upon getting questioned. Best part is had to pay overtime for the pump that was waiting there for an extra 3 hours.
it is company with high potential, great people and good will; unfortunately at the moment I needed them phone lady ran out of good manners, which is pretty normal these days, she also operates in 2 languages where some difficulties about today and tomorrow and answer might be found, but why making problems? IT IS WHAT IT IS ; she stands proudly that ESL is perfect , and I wish her that! maybe other day for now, I will mix myself
This is the worst concrete company, don’t hire them my husband ordered seven yards for 1:00 pm they didn’t came until 6:00pm and they brought a very dry concrete that it was impossible to work with and the driver so unprofessional we told them to take it back and they want to charge a service that they didn’t offer

Great customer service and attention to detail. Had 3 driveways done on my properties and will continue to use them. Angie and Dwayne are consummate professionals, everything they have done so far has been above and beyond reproach.
