Second time ordering, late yet again hopefully not 3 hours like last time. when we called the office, the lady gave US the paying customer attitude. Get your scheduling in line and hire more drivers if you really need it!
I started using A & L a few months back and they have not disappointed. As a contractor, I appreciate their customer service, concrete quality, and delivery times. 5 stars all around!

I believe the A&L part of their business name stands for always late, had concrete ordered for 11:00 did not arrive until 2:00 p.m. was not batched until 11:50. Even with a spacing of 40 minutes between trucks the second truck should have at least arrived before the first one. Office staff had no idea what was going on and quickly hung up or tried to transfer upon getting questioned. Best part is had to pay overtime for the pump that was waiting there for an extra 3 hours.
