I purchased a used window switch and I was told I had 7 days to test it & returned it within the 7 days if it didn't work and I did returned it before the 7 days and took proof that I had to purchase a new one from napa and they would not give me a refund. the sales person never told me I had to get another replacement used part or get a credit. if your going to expain your return policy explain it in detail everything not just part of your policy. I drove 40 min to received this service and sales person was very rude.
