Experience is worth the price. A & L Appliance correctly diagnosed a problem that resulted in my unit not working the first time they were here. Three previous techs misdiagnosed and failed to fix ongoing problem. I highly recommend A & L. Had them come out a few years ago to my home to work on my refrigerator. Couldn’t remember the company name. Only had the service techs phone number. Called Joe and he returned my call within the hour. Was very helpful and gave me information on what my problem probably was right over the phone. Kind of gave me a ballpark price also. I've used A&L twice for appliance repair. Both times I found the tech, Joe, to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

I used A & L many years ago and when my new refrigerator was only three months out of warranty, I called them again. Instead of getting the “service runaround”, I was given excellent advice about resetting my GE Cafe refrigerator to the factory settings. I dropped the ball when I didn’t call them back to let them know this fixed the problem. I recommend A & L wholeheartedly and thank them!
