I used A & L many years ago and when my new refrigerator was only three months out of warranty, I called them again. Instead of getting the “service runaround”, I was given excellent advice about resetting my GE Cafe refrigerator to the factory settings. I dropped the ball when I didn’t call them back to let them know this fixed the problem. I recommend A & L wholeheartedly and thank them!

I had A&L out for a problem with refrig. They were the third appliance repair company I paid to fix my ice maker. A&L fixed it and the other company just took my money.

Highly recommend if you’re in need of a repair. Returned my call promptly. Got an appt in timely matter. The gals that coordinate appts were friendly and knowledgeable. Very upfront with pricing, no surprises. I’ll be using them again in the future. Great job 👍

I had been without a dryer for almost 6 weeks due to trying to find someone during the holidays to fix it. The first center I called quoted, after the initial service call, over $600.00. Knowing this was almost the cost of a new dryer, I started searching for someone else. I emailed A&L - they promptly replied (even during the holidays) and today, the dryer got fixed in less than an hour for $275.00 - which included the initial service call.
