I needed my New Furnace repaired as it was not producing heat & the labor warranty had just expired in Jan, unbeknownst to me. however, the manufacturer warranty was in effect, so I contacted A L Affordable Air & Heat & spoke with Leonard, who works with my manufacturer & he sent a technician (Vladimir) close to my area. First off, let me say how kind hearted and pleasant Vladimir was. He diagnosed & explained what the issue was & he ordered my part.
