CROOK. 2 year tenant and left on good terms. Heed the previous review, they DO NOT pay their contractors. Average at best. If they returned my deposit i wouldve given 2 or 3 stars because they never tried to raise my rent. They will do the absolute bare minimum required by law. They made big promises upon move in which I didn't count on, such as a central A/C system but they didn't deliver anyway. Halfway finished a medicine cabinet replacement, but the guy quit and left in indignation because the refused to pay him for all ... read more
