The workers are nice. Matt was very nasty with me. There was no communication and I needed confirmation of the day he would start per my appointments and on the phone message I said.... I think you are coming tomorrow....it is going to be a nice day and has been nice these past days. He phoned me at the time of the start of the next work day and said he was on another job and said ...how dare I phone his number and give him a weather report. I had Keener Landscape come who gave a proposal which was over budget by quite a bit. I repeatedly called and emailed to discuss ways to reduce the scope/cost and over 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for a return call and response. NOT HAPPY but moving on!
Matt and his team did an EXCELLENT JOB on a pretty hard task. I can’t speak enough to how beautiful my yard now is. I highly recommend them. The crew was courteous and professional and polite. They went above and beyond to take care of our yard and spots I hadn’t even considered. There are a few before and after. I would like to post more but it only allows ten.
We highly recommend them. We had a very large project that is still on going and have been happy with their work and the skill level and friendliness of their crew.
Without getting to personal, I’d like to give a HUGE shout out to Keener Landscape!!! After showing up to do a job they were scheduled to do, I explained the situation with the estate... they called the office to confirm if the job for today had been paid for, it had not! They, knowingly that they would NOT be paid, did the job, one last time “Because its the right thing to do”! Those men and that company.... WOW!!!! that was a God moment! Matt is one of the hardest working humans I’ve ever met. Was completely involved from start to finish would recommend to anyone.
