the office manager ASHA was very rude to my daughter to the point I had to call the office. She tried to tell my daughter she has an 800.00 bill and that the insurance did not pay. Once I called her and asked what is her boss name and number at first she tried to say she was the boss and when I told her I would find it, she wanted to apologize. Doctor Penamalli is amazing as well as her assistant. Her front staff is very rude and I was over talked to when I was explaining her the issue I was having, she was trying to self diagnose me over the phone with out addressing it with the dr. It let me know that she did not feel it was dental related. Remind you, I had just got a filling and ahot in my check 3 weeks before.( wated this length of time bc you know it can last a few days, plus I have other thinks to stress about. I have been going to this dentist office for over 10 years. I have always been to every appointment, paid every bill in full, and have waited patiently while they ran behind and kept me waiting for 30+ min at times. Understanding that sometimes they run into issues and it’s not big deal. I recently missed an appointment admittedly due to my own scheduling and they immediately mailed me a letter informing me they will no longer see me as a patient.
