Terrible service! Called multiple times w/no call back for weeks. Was told that my jacuzzi was reset but that was a lie.. it still isn't working! They claimed to have ordered a part but never did. After I bugged and bugged to have the part ordered they contacted me over a month and half later to tell me that it came in and then wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for ORDERING the part as if all the time I spent following up with them didn't cost ME anything.
