Excellent customer service! When I arrived at A&K Electronics to get our flat screen tv repaired, the crew took care of me immediately. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and reliable. He explained to me everything what they need to do to fix our flat screen and they fix it in no time. Price was quite affordable as well. Totally had a great experience!
I have been using this company for all of my church's and personal electronic repairs for the past 3 years. They are not only the most knowledgeable but also the most honest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Their evaluations are not trumped up and if an additional problem occurs, they bite the bullet just to stick to what was originally agreed. There aren't too many businesses out there that just care about customer satisfaction and not about profit.
SO DISHONEST!!! I paid almost $100 for a “repair” that lasted less than a couple of hours!!! The next day when I came back so they give me my money back since they did NOT fix the tv, they responded ruthlessly and literally they gave me five minutes to prove the problem was still there. Powered Speakers – The staff was very friendly and definitely knew what they were doing! They gave me a free estimate on my two speakers a few weeks ago I got them repaired and never had a problem with them again ! The parts were in stock and they fixed them for the next day after I received the estimate !

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSSINESS – I called A&K Electronics so they can fix my TV, the minute they came to my house i should have gone by my first impression. They were very unprofessional they arrived at my house very late no uniform and beat up truck. They took my TV and delivered it back two weeks later with a real big scratch right in the center of the screen. After speaking with the Owner Ray Kux and three months later still dont have my TV back he told me he was working in getting the scratch removed, he was lying to me... read more
