I have bought many items from this place. Never had a problem now.I notice they're charging me six hundred dollars more than what we discussed after taking my gold.And me making a payment. So I talked to a k and he still is not willing to bring it back to what we discussed

We had excellent customer service when purchasing our bridal set and groom's ring. They sized the grooms ring on site and we were able to pick it up an hour later! We later had to come back to get the bridal engagement ring resized and they also did that one on site in 45 minutes! I highly recommend this store for any purchase you want to make with respect to jewelry!
My wife and I purchased rings from this store, and at the time of purchase we were clearly told that resizing would be free if needed. We trusted this information and made our decision based on that promise. However, when we came back three weeks later to have the rings resized, we were unexpectedly refused the free service and were charged $100 instead. This was very disappointing and felt misleading.
