Brought a product back after 24 hours to exchange and based on this sign the product was excluded from things that could be exchanged. I was told that the sign is incorrect and they actually only do exchanges on only hair?? Very frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Carrollton but I will not be back. Take my advice and find any other beauty supply to go to.

Not open at time on sign 9:30am. I stayed for over 20 min no one came. Maybe they should hire & give a decent pay to the hired.
I really only go for Bronner's Tea Tree soap. They now have many of the line, but the one I want is hit or miss and I can't find it anywhere else in town. Wish they stocked more of the Tea Tree.
