I had a terrible experience with AJ Collision Center. I went there to get a quote for an insurance claim, and the guy I talked to assured me they would call or email it to me. Days went by, and I heard nothing. I called back to follow up, but still received no response. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.
