Joy is the only tax preparer that I will use! She is knowledgeable and kind. She remembers our situation and she prepares our taxes with care. We have always been pleased with the outcome and she really helped us understand how to fill out our W4 to make our tax burden less. It is such a lifesaver having Joy prepare our taxes!
Have been calling this place since February to file for our taxes with only being sent an email to give them all the information thats needed to file. Called multiple times to schedule an appointment with them, only to be told that they will call me back. Yet, here I am in April still waiting. I called them only to find out they want to schedule us after the tax deadline with an appeal. Completely ridiculous, no thank you!
Love Joy. Been getting our taxes done by her for about 20 yrs. She is amazing. Explains things along the way, remembers her customers and their families!
