My husband an I were very disappointed with the service by A Joyous Moment photography. It took over 6 months and many emails and phone calls to get a response about the status of our photos. All the photos were from two angles, the photographers didn’t move around throughout the entire ceremony, there were maybe five candid photos of guests from the entire night. Long story short, they did our wedding in May 2017 - We got our pictures 6+months later - Our video was posted online over a year later, and still have not received the physical copy of the video - Our messages asking for the physical copy are being ignored. I don't recommend. More details: My wife wasn't super pleased with the overall pictures, as most of them were taken from the same angle.
