On March 13, 2020, they laid off their entire staff and told them due to #coronavirus they had to shut down. Less than two weeks later, they have NO SHAME in announcing they are coming back with a “core group”. A business that tosses their team out like the trash and has the audacity to garner sympathy from the industry does not deserve support or respect.
This company fired their entire staff due to the lack of business because of Covid-19 and less than 2 weeks later state the are reorganizing?? These are the type of companies you do not want to support during these hard times. Think about it, they fired EVERYONE with zero notice right in the middle of the Covid-19 scare, they, who will be able to apply for all kinds of small business, low interest, loans couldn't stand by their staff?!?
New management! Their food is delicious and their staff WAS amazing until they laid them all off with no notice. Unprofessional management that could care less about their employees!
On March 13th this company let go their entire staff, telling them that this virus had made going on impossible because of cancellations when they were already in financial trouble. They were given no notice. No severance. No vacation or personal time pay. The company posted their closing. Fast forward not even two weeks and the company posts that they’re still going. “Book ahead. overpriced and out of date- the president/owner of company is arrogant just like their chefs. Very un-rewarding company to work for, very distasteful way of showing their appreciation. No room for growth for men inside this women owned company. Company culture has rendered them obsolete. Below are pictures of me working for them “trying to work my way up”
