RecommendedCassie is amazing and wise beyond her years!! Neurofeedback has done wonders for my anxiety as well as Cassie's relatable approach. It's nice to feel understood. The atmosphere is great and my son likes his therapist and enjoys his therapy sessions, but trying to get the necessary paperwork or desk type work completed is like pulling teeth. Emails often go ignored, it's not always easy to get ahold of someone, and it's hard to get them to complete paperwork necessary for other services in a timely manner. 1. Keona. The most important is they have a soft and comforting dog. The staff are always welcoming. It’s a very comfortable environment. I was looking for somewhere that’s less clinical and I found it. I enjoy therapy now.
I think their space is wonderful and have some excellent therapists. However, I explained the importance of needing an after school appointment for my son long term. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. We booked out from Sept until April. Then in late Oct, we get a call that our therapist was changing hours, no evening hours on our night, but opened up another night but filled them w other people (some NEW!)!!
