He threw papers onto the counter, barely explained anything, and made no effort to provide guidance or direct him toward any other resources. Dr. Joseph Pisciotto was not helpful and had poor bedside manner. Don’t bother showing up if you are running a bit late, he will not see you or he will be rude and rush you through the appointment, even if you’re the only patient in the office. The nurses were kind and helped me rush through the paperwork so the doctor wouldn’t cancel my appointment on me.
