** will update when service is performed ** Had a pipe burst at 1pm. Fortunately I was in the basement when it happened. Immediately called to get an emergency service. I called repeatedly throughout the day to check on an eta and was told “you’re one of the next clients” after 9hrs and five calls, I’m being told the plumber can’t come until tomorrow. Hopefully the plumber is better than the office staff…

My furnace stopped working after my basement flooded. I called this company because of the good reviews because I wanted reliable service. The technician came by the next day and spent about 15 minutes "diagnosing" the furnace which meant taking off the cover plate and putting it back on. He said my system was shot and had to be replaced and claimed that mice chewed through the wires. He sent me a quote for $10,000.
