It was a pleasure to work with Jay! He shows up on time, is friendly, attentive, easy to talk to, very thorough in his appraisal, and we had the complete report within just a few days. He also replies quickly to emails and answers any questions related to the report with detailed explanations. From beginning to end, working with Jay was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely use him again if the need arises. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience working with Jay. He was professional, accurate, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Scheduling was easy, and he was quick to set an appointment that fit my timeline. His turnaround time for delivering the completed appraisal and measurements was fast without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive, I highly recommend his services. He is already scheduled for my next listing!
