I had a Very bad experience here, went through everything got a loan and closing and they had no documentation ready from the owners.
His communication is useless , made me apply and spend $195 for application and never heard back from him any more. The worst realtor ever .
John from A.J. Ryan Realty went above and beyond helping with the sale of my mother-in-law's home. The home was in "fixer-upper" condition which made the home more difficult to sell. Furthermore, after John found us a buyer, my mother-in-law passed away just a week before the scheduled closing. As a result of her passing, the home went into probate, which meant long probate court delays and John having to start from scratch to find another buyer for us, which he was able to quickly do once the probate case was opened.
