I have rented a storage unit at Peppers Ferry Storage since February 2024 and it has been great. We love that we have 24/7 access and that it is so close to town. The owner and new manager have been easy to work with and our responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this locatuon to anyone looming for storage in the New River Valley, especially in Blacksburg or Christhiansburg.

Thank you for the use of the multiple storage units that we have been using the last couple of years. It’s a great value for the price and convent for us. We especially love the ability to rent drive up storage units.

Thanks so much for the storage unit. we live off of Peppers Ferry road so it’s perfect and convenient for us. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a storage unit in Christiansburg.

I have be using a storage unit for close to two years and the owner and the new manager, Steven, have been great. If you need a storage unit in Blacksburg or Christiansburg this place is great and affordable. They have a bunch of brand new units as well so I know they have some availability currently.

UPDATE: They have since followed up, refunded our money and apologized. Although our initial experience was poor, they have exceeded expectations to make this right. My son rented a unit here for Summer 2024. Although we gave proper notice and notified them that the unit was empty, they continued billing us and have not responded to multiple phone messages and texts to resolve the issue.
