John was the most responsive contractor I have worked with in quite some time. He communicated continuously right from the start, explained everything clearly and transparently, and was responsive with all my questions. It was one of the easiest house projects I have done in years. There were no surprises and the our roof looks great. I would highly recommend his company.
Made an appointment for September 2024, they did not show up. I called and no answer to my vm. I needed someone to take a look at siding and provide a recommendation/quote. I am not in a rush but my notes reminded me that they have a high rating but they didn't care about me and my potential business with them. I still need to find someone for siding advice... I will absolutely be recommending a&j roofing to anyone I come across in search for a new roof or any service that they offer. To make it simple- they checked every box. We called & they came out that same day to get an estimate and before the end of the day, we had a detailed quote with pictures sent to us in a professional format that was more than affordable and explained the quote well.
