A&J roofing really came through for us at Newton Square Condos in Canfield when We found ourselves in need of all new roofs. We have 8 large complex’s with a total of 32 condos. We already had 3 estimates when we called Anthony the owner out and he was there within 15 minutes. He not only beat the other estimates, but was extremely knowledgeable about our needs! I MADE THE MISTAKE OF SENDING THIS COMPANY AN $8,000 DEPOSIT FOR A ROOFING PROJECT. THE MOMENT THEY HAD MY MONEY, THEIR COMMUNICATION CHANGED COMPLETELY. EVERY TIME I ASKED FOR THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK SO WE COULD START THE JOB, I GOT THE SAME EXCUSE: "WE'RE EXTREMELY BUSY." THEY KEPT PROMISING, "I'LL SEND IT TONIGHT," OR "YOU'LL HAVE IT BY THURSDAY." We recently had our roof replaced by A&J Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. A and J roofing was outstanding excellent communication very friendly answered any and all questions got us in really fast for roof replacement when I made them aware roof desperately needed replacing and took old roof off and new roof on same day did a very nice job with cleanup and very happy with professional job done on roof highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future for other home improvements. The owner Anthony is a amazing guy
