AVOID AT ALL COSTS! – Last Dec, I took my blower in for a gas leak and hard starting. After paying $68, it still leaked gas all over the garage floor. I took it back. After a month, they left a message on a phone I don't use. A month later, I called and asked about it and gave them my work phone number. He said he'd call right back. Nothing. DO NOT GO THERE – Terrible service. Always supported local business, but this business changed hands recently and is no longer any good. Took mower in for regular spring service - ran it twice after that and it stopped working. When we took it back the engine was shot becuase the oil had leaked out. Hmm - it had oil when we took it in for service.... I wonder why the oil leaked out. The owner was rude about the whole thing. Simply put - don't go there.
Horrible Customer Service – Every time I asked a question about my mower repair, the workers and the owner of A & J seemed as if they couldn't believe I was troubling them. I just paid almost $400 for a tune up and along with the tune up I got to be treated like a jerk. While I love to support local business, this place won't be seeing me ever again.
