I wanted to like him like everybody else. My referral was back in Feb. After not having anyone reach out, I tried calling. I called 3 times. Left voicemail. No response. I reached out to my referring Dr and they told me to keep trying. I called once again this morning. This time I was able to speak to a person and she told me they are not accepting new patients. I was devastated. 4 weeks went by. Wasted. No body to inform me to look elsewhere. Nothing. I just started bawling. Precious time gone.
Dr Pampalone is very honest and very easy to talk to and sees your fairly quickly.
