Got a pedicure at this salon. There was ~3 employees (that I could see) and 3 people getting serviced at around 5:30pm on a Thursday night. I waited around 10 minutes for someone to get to me. Paint job went well, but I was a little disappointed by the lack of color options on the wall. $35 for the most basic pedicure, but I was not a fan of how the worker has you tap your payment method and then stands right in front of the machine asking you if/ how much you want to tip and she clicks the amount. Disappointed with this nail salon. My niece wanted to get her nails done. She asked for a gel. Then saw a two tone nail as an option. She asked for that style and they told her they can't do that. Only one color. Why have it in the pile of nails if it's not an option. She just got her nails painted. Sadly nail polish only stayed on for only few days as other places lasted longer.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit today. Two weeks ago, I had an amazing experience with a technician who has since returned to Vietnam. She did a phenomenal job, so I came back expecting the same quality of service. Unfortunately, I had a different technician this time (she works at the front, though I don’t know her name), and the experience was completely different.
