Made an appointment yesterday for today Friday at 2 … went in went right back at 1:55 for her to start … another lady walks in said she had a 2:00 .. and was then asked if I had an appointment which already in the take off .. I said yes 2:00 .. who did you talk to? … a gentleman answered and took my appointment… who did you talk to? Ma’am I didn’t get his name .., you no have appointment! Go back up there and sit ! ….
