Horrible customer service. I had an entire heat pump system put in 11 years ago. The compressor died last year. The technician came out and suggested replacing the compressor and that it would last about five years. The cost of the compressor and installation was almost $2000. Less than a year later, the new compressor died. It took A.J. Michaels almost a week to come out to tell us the new compressor died and had the gall to charge $99 for the visit.
