Awesome family run business to work with. Was an absolute pleasure from Kat’s excellent communication to receiving our final product. Will 100% do business with them again - highly recommend. We used another bracket manufacturer in the area for another bracket to compare the two, but the A&J team have won all of our business going forward.
I ordered a bracket this past spring. They promised 3 months to deliver. I called at the 3 month mark and they said it would be at least a month. Short handed and only had one guy welding. I needed the bracket at that time to have it installed for a booked vacation at the coast. Kat said the owner was on vacation he would call the next week. No call. I asked Kat for my deposit refund after finding one already built to the same exact specs from Stainless Marine. She told me again that the owner will call me back. No call. I o... read more
