I've been a tenant for 6 years, and this company has treated me very well. The rent is very reasonable. The apartment needed some fixing up, as the previous renter was very rough on it, but A+J had it looking like a new apartment within 16 months, and this was during the Covid pandemic for reference. They added new carpet, sink, kitchen cabinets, oven, refrigerator, front door, closet door, and new windows as well. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, this 500 12th street is not the place. There is almost constant noise from 7am-11pm from various things. The noise traffic is very loud as it's the road a majority of people take to get to and from the high school, so it is very noisy at 7am (which i get woken up almost every single morning from the noise traffic with my windows closed and white noise playing on my tv) and around 3:30pm. Lived at 405 heller rd unit one. Paid 975 deposit and 975 for rent; subleased from someone for 8 months. The place was not clean when we arrived and windows in the bedrooms did not open as they broken (huge violation, we notified them and they did nothing)--as well as several other broken things such as holes in the walls, dings and dents all over etc. Regardless of the horrible communication from management, for this little house off the street we got back 400 dollars of our deposit due to 175 dollar carpet cleaning, 150 fo... read more

A&J Management is a great company to rent from. Management is very friendly and anytime I had problems, the staff was always there to handle it in a timely manner. This is a great place to rent from
