Lived at 405 heller rd unit one. Paid 975 deposit and 975 for rent; subleased from someone for 8 months. The place was not clean when we arrived and windows in the bedrooms did not open as they broken (huge violation, we notified them and they did nothing)--as well as several other broken things such as holes in the walls, dings and dents all over etc. Regardless of the horrible communication from management, for this little house off the street we got back 400 dollars of our deposit due to 175 dollar carpet cleaning, 150 fo... read more
