These units are nicely kept, clean, and affordable! We have a 16x20 and pay only $70 per month. The OWNER is an incredibly kind man who still does things like back in the day. We were very pleased to have found him and that he had an open unit when we needed it. It's just a LITTLE ridiculous [sarcasm] to pay $95 a month for something HALF that size!
