After 5 years of great service, this year the technician did a terrible job or adjusting the sprinklers. When I called to ask for service call to correct, they told me I needed to wait for 4 weeks to fix the damage being done to my lawn. When I asked to speak with a manager, Lisa got on the phone and proceeded to laugh at me for asking for them to fix it sooner. Paul Catucci, unfortunately, your explanation of the situation lacks pertinent facts. Our technician did not do a terrible job adjusting the sprinklers, but, rather, you chose not to be with the technician when he opened the system at the end of May to ensure the adjustments were to your specifications. You chose not to run your sprinkler system for several weeks after the system activation and when you called the office to schedule a call for additional adjustments you were rude and abusive on the phone to the office staff ... read more
