Won't stand behind their warranty I spent 10 times the amount that I would for a walmart trampoline because i wanted a long lasting product that I did not have to replace every other year so I spent the money to get my trampoline here. Less then 2 years of owning the trampoline we notice holes all over the jump pad, with excessive wear at the point of entry (due to the enclosure also purchased through them). sir Quality quality quality. I bought a cheap Walmart trampoline and it fell apart. I should have bought quality first. The guys at aj have replacment pads and springs. I have talked with people that have had there products for ten years plus. I should have bought there. Great customer service.
Buy from these guys you won't be dissatisfied I don't know anything about the customer service of this company BUT I can tell you this. I bought a swing set and a playhouse/slide second hand from someone from craigslist. It is four or five years old and still looks like NEW. It was powder coated and no signs of any rust anywhere. 15+ years of Quality! I am a very avid user of there products. I have had a trampoline for 15+ yrs and have only replaced the mat and padding once, also a spring or 2 over the years. Everyone in my family has one I mean everyone (well there are 5+ mine). Never any problems or non-stupidity injuries. Lov Lov, recommended several times. Best Friend has a 10yr old with autism and is a great tool for exercise and therapy. They ship anywhere.
Happy Customer My review is more to insider pages than A J Landmark. First of all, they have the company name wrong. Second of all, as i read the reviews on A J Landmark, there seems to be two common themes to the negative reviews. Improper grammar and all refer to poor customer service. All the positive reviews speak to specifics and have better grammar. How does a company like insider pages verify the validity of a review? If I am to trust a review site, I would hope they had a verification of the reviewer.
AJ RANKS NUMBER 1 WITH ME A few years ago I bought a four seat swing set from them. Took it home and installed it myself - in cement. Then turned it over to a mechanical/materials engineer for measurement and analysis. Result is "built like a battleship". Go ahead - buy one and try to wear it out. You won't! I love mine. Treated well by people who work there.
Great product, personal attention We bought a trampoline for our daughter from AJ Landmark over six years ago and had it shipped to California. It gets a LOT of use and has held up beautifully. I called them today, asking whether it was time to buy some replacement parts. Phillip was very helpful and informative, letting me know how to determine what might need replacing (springs, spring pad, etc.) but not trying to talk me into things I didn't need. Excellent Service - Excellent Trampoline I ordered a trampoline via phone from AJ Landmark about 5-7 years ago. They couldn't have been more helpful. A couple years ago someone cut a hole in the mat. We used it with the hole for two years until it started to tear. Last spring I called AJ Landmark to get a price for a new mat. They returned my phone call almost immediately with the information I needed. I ordered the mat and it arrived across country to Michigan in a couple of days. Service concern My friend bought a Wal-mart trampoline to except he read the weight restriction and knew he weighed more than the trampoline so he did not try to jump on a trampoline that would not hold him. Wal mart is good to return anything that is not of quaility you buy, and my neighbors children love their trampoline for people under 200 lbs.
