Hired them for an ice dam insurance job. They are very prompt about taking your money, then they ghost you. It took them 3 months to complete a 3 day job. They tried to get away with not doing 1/3 of the work because it was hidden in the attic. Glad I was pissed-off enough to climb up there after they left. Zero communication unless you harass the office daily. Bad, bad, bad customer service
Worst company ever to hire for insurance claim!!! Had to hire another company to finish and they did a amazing job!!
They were chosen to write a quote for renovation after a home fire. A very emotional time. When not sellected for the contract, they resorted to bullying & creating discord in the family. I would not have the build a dog house.
We were surprised at how well they were able to complete the job in the winter weather. We truly appriciate all that A J Johnson did to make this unexpected roof replacement easy to handle.

THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. THEY HAVE OWED US MONEY FOR MANY MONTHS. WE COMPLETED WORK FOR THEM AND THEY DO NOT PAY. WOULD NOT HAVE THEM OUT TO MY HOME.
