Good Job Eleza But Thumbs Down On Chris Mayther – Compliments to Eleza and all that she and her staff have done with the business! What she represents (honest business, caring of local concerns, organic, free trade, and giving young adults a healthy chance to gain some good business experience) is truly commendable. The only criticism I have is having Chris Mayther at the AJ Rail on Wednesday nights. His reputation for taking advantage of/using people seems in direct conflict with what Eleza is all about. Espresso Drinks need a lot of help...! Even the coffee is inconsistent... – I'm not a huge coffee snob. Let me say that up front. I'll take Starbucks if it's available, and prefer Stumptown, but not enough to cross town to get a latte. AJs has a fantastic spot across from the park, and the interior is comfy, but the coffee drinks are just plain bad. Even the coffee the other day was so watery it was difficult to swallow. AJ--please train your workers to make real espresso drinks! Send them to Stumptown, send them to Starbuck... read more
