The company provided excellent services. I called on a Monday indicating an issue with my boiler, they were able to come out on a Tuesday, performed a tune up and identified root cause of the issue. They looked up appropriate parts needed, procured them and came back Wednesday to resolve the problem. The technician, Mitch, was very professional, knowledgeable and great communicator, explained in detail what he was doing and what the issue was. After having a terrible experience with another HVAC company, we weren't sure what to expect. From the moment we called, A&J were professional and responsive. The tech Connor arrived on time the next day, diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. He made sure everything was running properly before he left and the price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use A&J again,
Once again Mario was in my house this morning as part of my service agreement I took out in 2025. Everything is working fine and this is cause of A&J. I cannot stress the importance of keeping your appliances running in tip top shape especially when the temperatures get into triple digits during the summer.
