Im disgusted being a total care client and this agency sends aides who don’t understand english . Not once not twice but over 5 times. How is this safe for you or your loved ones. Definitely looking into a new agency asap
Staff is very disrespectful been working for this company for a year in a half no time off no insurance due to Covid family don’t want me using house phone to clock in and out office can’t use my phone to clock due to no service in the area so I don’t get paid right at this point I’m looking for another job. I Do not recommend anybody to work for this company they are very rude
