I always enjoy my shopping experience at any Home Hardware, the staff are always very helpful and knowledge regarding the products they sell and where to find them, that's what made my experience today so upsetting. I placed an online order, I received an email that my "partial" order was ready, I stopped on my way by to pick it up without incident. They have circular saw blades that he can't find in the big box store that are affordable.
I love Home Hardware, being raised in my home town which my father was one of the original store owners to become Home Hardware. The Michels have carried their family business for over 50 years in Sudbury with excellent service , quality merchandise. Good pricing .
Friendly service. Bizarre to go down a flight of stairs to the basement retail section of the store, but the gentlemen behind the counter helped me find what I was looking for. The store was clean and organized. I would return. Oh right! I bought a lawnmower, however, it died on me after using it 4 times. Not the fault of home hardware.
