Allen Cooke installed a unit for my 88yr old aunt in August 2025 and took advantage of her. He would not respond to multiple calls to come fix the issue until I got the city involved. I found out he did not pull a permit for the new unit, so it would not have passed inspection for one thing, if she sells the house. He did a shotty job and knew he took advantage of an old woman! Oh, his license has since expired, but I heard he is still installing units.

He broke my machine. It was leaking (turns out it was just unplugged). He pulled out a pipe and said “these clog up and you have to empty them out.” He yanked it out, then shoved it back in and now, there is a crack in the pan. He won’t answer my phone calls. Now, I have to spend $80 on the part, another service fee, and labor for someone else to fix it.

Great service and great price. Allen was very professional and came right out. Fixed our AC quick (it was 83 in the house)! We will use again and I highly recommend!!!
