He broke my machine. It was leaking (turns out it was just unplugged). He pulled out a pipe and said “these clog up and you have to empty them out.” He yanked it out, then shoved it back in and now, there is a crack in the pan. He won’t answer my phone calls. Now, I have to spend $80 on the part, another service fee, and labor for someone else to fix it.
Great service and great price. Allen was very professional and came right out. Fixed our AC quick (it was 83 in the house)! We will use again and I highly recommend!!!
Very dependable, professional service even in the summer. Would certainly reccomend.
