I’ve had really bad experiences at barbers by General Hospital, The Shop and a really cute Barber shop on Polk. For the prices of a Junior hair stylist, the “tude” isn’t necessary and I can’t afford that on my current disability income. I go for the service and it’s an escape and money out of my pocket for a haircut. . Knows how to cut Asian hair. I've been going here since 2004. They're open every day and it doesn't matter if you get the man or the woman. They're both decent. Barely speak English.
Love the ability to get a cheap quick cut! Can cut short hair well and while I don't speak any Chinese languages, they can still understand number guards and how short/long I want it. There's always a short wait and would recommend for simple cuts
